Return And Exchange Policy

RETURN/REPLACEMENT

We do our best to make you satisfied with our products & services. All products must pass quality check and cross checked before shipping. But in any case you need to Return or Replace the product.it is important to take care of the aspects. All our orders are made to order, and a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are charged on return for a replacement.

REFUNDABL PRODUCT

• Return/Replacement & Refund are accepted only within 10 business days from the delivery date.
• In case of Returns/Replacement buyer accept all the shipping and handling charges.
• The product must be returned in the original condition and should be look like as new with tags attached.
• Only defective product will be allowed for return and replacement.
• If we have made a mistake, we will return the payment.
• You must send defective product pictures before return.

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCT

• Products sold in SALE or DISCOUNT are Not Refundable, unless the product is defected.
• Made to Measure and Full Customized Products are not refundable/ replaceable.
• Used and alternative items can’t be returned.

HOW TO RETURN?

If product is qualified to Return or Replacement or Refund then please follow the Procedure.

• First of all contact us and get approval for Return or Replacement.
• Please mention your name, order number & email address which is used to place order. If the product is defected, please send pictures of the defects.
• We will contact back to you within 48 working hours to help you in the best possible way.
• We will give you our return address when you get the approval for Return or Replacement. For your safety, when you are return an item to us, we will recommend you use a delivery service.
• For any further inquiries, feel free to contact us.

REFUND

• Refunds will be processed within almost 5 to 8 business days after we receive your returned product.
• Refund will be made to your original payment method like PayPal or Stripe or TT.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
